Wholesale Warranty Policy

At Frames by Madam, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our frames. To ensure customer satisfaction and confidence, we offer the following wholesale warranty.

Coverage Period

1-Year Manufacturer's Defect Warranty

Guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of sale to the end customer. Available to wholesale and consignment partners — and their customers may also reach us directly for a defect claim, whichever is easier for your store.

✅ What's Covered

Defects in materials or workmanship, including but not limited to:

  • Hinges
  • Frame structure
  • Coating / finish defects

❌ What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or accidental breakage
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, fading)

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Provide a clear picture of the frame showing the defect.

Email the picture along with the invoice number or sale reference to frames@madamslookbook.com.

We'll confirm the sale date against your monthly consignment reporting to verify the frame is within its 1-year warranty period.

Upon approval, we will promptly replace the defective frame at no additional cost.

We know a timely turnaround matters — your customer is waiting. We cover standard shipping on all approved warranty claims and aim to get replacements back to you quickly, at no cost to you. A manufacturing defect is on us, not on your store or your customer. If the original model is unavailable, we will offer a replacement of equal value.

Additional Terms

  • Replacement frames are covered under the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the warranty terms or show signs of misuse.
