• Sun readers: 1–2 business days

Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

United States Shipping

Orders ship from Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA.

• Free shipping on all US orders — no minimum required
• USPS Express available at checkout — rates calculated based on destination and package weight
• Estimated standard delivery: 5–8 business days

International Shipping

Frames by Madam ships to select international destinations, including the Caribbean and countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.

• $25.00 flat rate standard international shipping (estimated 6–12 business days)
• USPS First Class International available at checkout — rates calculated based on destination and package weight (estimated 10–20 business days)
• DHL Express available at checkout — rates calculated based on destination and package weight (fastest option)

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient unless prepaid at checkout.

Delivery Issues

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. If your package cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Frames by Madam is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses. If an address correction is needed after shipment, additional shipping or re-shipment fees may apply.
