Order Processing
Orders are processed based on the product type selected.
- In-stock frames (no prescription lenses): 1–2 business days
- Sun readers: 1–2 business days
- Prescription lens orders: 3–7 business days after prescription verification and lens selection
Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
United States Shipping
Orders ship from Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA.
- $6.95 flat rate shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $300
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Caribbean & Select International Shipping
Frames by Madam ships to select international destinations, including countries within the Caribbean region.
- $25 flat rate international shipping
- Free international shipping on orders over $350
- Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient unless prepaid at checkout.
Delivery Issues
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. If your package cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Frames by Madam is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses. If an address correction is needed after shipment, additional shipping or re-shipment fees may apply.
