  • In‑stock frames (no Rx): 1–2 business days.
  • Sun readers: 1–2 business days.
  • Prescription lenses: 3–7 business days after Rx verification and lens selection.

2) Carriers & Methods

Orders ship from Bridgeport Connecticut via [USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL]. Tracking is emailed once shipped.

3) Regions

  • Domestic (USA): Standard and expedited options. PO Boxes via USPS where applicable.
  • International: We ship worldwide to select countries (including Jamaica). Duties/VAT may be due on delivery unless prepaid at checkout.

4) Shipping Fees

Calculated at checkout by destination, weight, and service. Free‑shipping thresholds will be displayed when available.

5) Delivery Issues

Packages marked “Delivered” are considered delivered. If missing, check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier. If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days.
