1. Store & Eligibility
- You must be at least the age of majority in your location, or have a parent/guardian’s consent, to purchase.
- You agree to provide accurate account, shipping, and payment information.
2. Products
We offer sunglasses, optical frames, readers, and accessories. Product details (e.g., acetate, TR90, metal, mixed), lens types (TAC polarized, UV400, blue‑light, clear demo), and sizes are shown per product. Minor color variations can occur.
3. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit or cancel quantities per order, person, or address to protect inventory integrity.
4. Pricing, Currency & Taxes
Prices are shown in [Primary Currency] unless noted and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping. International orders may incur import duties/VAT payable by the recipient.
5. Custom/Prescription Work
Prescription lenses and customized items begin production shortly after payment and are final sale except for manufacturing defects (see Returns & Warranty).
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, product names, descriptions, photos, and designs are our intellectual property or used under license. No reuse without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the full extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
