Coverage details for frames, lenses, and approved manufacturing defects.
Frame Coverage
Frames are covered for 12 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Lens Coverage
Non-prescription lenses, including sun, polarized, and blue-light lenses, are covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects in lens coatings. This does not include scratches caused by normal wear or misuse.
Courtesy Lens Replacement
Within 6 months of delivery, Frames by Madam offers a one-time courtesy replacement for scratched or crazed non-prescription sun or blue-light lenses. This does not cover impact cracks, deep gouges, or damage caused by chemicals or abrasives.
Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches from regular use
- Accidental damage
- Loss or theft
- Exposure to extreme heat
- Damage caused by chemicals or harsh cleaners
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Not Covered Here, But Never Left Behind

How to Submit a Claim
Email support@framesbymadam.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item, or offer a comparable replacement if the original is unavailable.
