Coverage

• Frames: 12 months against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
• Lenses (non‑Rx sun, polarized, blue‑light): 12 months against manufacturing defects in coatings (excludes scratches from wear).

Lens Scratch/Craze Courtesy

Within 6 months of delivery, we’ll provide a one-time lens replacement if your sun or blue-light lenses are scratched or show coating “crazing.” Excludes impact cracks, deep gouges, or damage from chemicals/abrasives.

Exclusions

Normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, loss/theft, exposure to extreme heat, or unauthorized repairs.

How to Claim

Email frames@madamslookbook.com with your order number, photos, and description. If approved, we’ll repair or replace (or offer a comparable item if unavailable).
