How fast do you ship?

In‑stock sunglasses/readers: 1–2 business days. Rx lenses: 3–7 business days after Rx verification.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes—worldwide to select countries (including Jamaica). Duties/VAT may be due on delivery unless prepaid at checkout.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Contact us immediately at frames@madamslookbook.com. If shipped, re‑shipment fees may apply.

My package says delivered but I can't find it.

Check with household members/neighbors and your carrier. If not found within 24 hours, email us within 7 days so we can help investigate.

What if my frames don’t fit?

Most frames are optician‑adjustable. If you still need help, request a return/exchange within 14 days (see Returns).
