How fast do you ship?
In-stock sunglasses and readers typically ship within 1–2 business days. Prescription lens orders usually ship within 3–7 business days after prescription verification and lens selection.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Frames by Madam ships within the United States and to select international destinations, including Jamaica and other Caribbean locations. International shipments may be subject to duties, customs fees, or VAT depending on the destination country.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Please contact us immediately at support@framesbymadam.com. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to update it. If the order has already shipped, additional re-shipment fees may apply.
My package says delivered, but I can’t find it.
Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first. If your package is still missing after 24 hours, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help investigate.
How do I know if the frames will fit my face?
The easiest way to estimate fit is to compare the measurements of a pair of glasses you already own. Most frames include three numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm, such as 54 □ 18 – 140, which represent lens width, bridge width, and temple length. All Frames by Madam product pages include frame size information so you can compare.
Can these frames be fitted with prescription lenses?
Yes. Most Frames by Madam can be fitted with prescription lenses by a licensed optician. Many customers bring the frame to their local optical shop. If you would like prescription lenses through us, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss options and processing time.
Are your sunglasses UV protected?
Yes. All Frames by Madam sunglasses provide UV protection. Many also include polarized lenses, which help reduce glare from reflective surfaces for added visual comfort.
What if my frames don’t fit?
Most frames can be adjusted by a licensed optician for a better fit. If you still need assistance, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for eligible non-prescription items in original condition.
