Heat-adjustable acetate. Quick fixes. Pro tips for your best fit.
"A Madam frame is meant to stay with you. So we stay with it."The Madam Promise
Send us your frames anytime, and we'll clean, repair, or tighten them for you — free, for the lifetime of the frame, no matter where you purchased it. Loose screws, worn nose pads, a frame that's drifted out of alignment — this is what we're here for.
To start, simply message us at support@framesbymadam.com with a short description of what your frames need. We'll walk you through mailing them in, and send them back cared for and properly fitted.
Rinse frames with lukewarm water and gently blot dry using a clean microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and never leave your frames on hot dashboards or in cars, as heat can warp the material.
Many acetate frames include wire-core temples, which allow small adjustments for comfort and alignment. Most opticians can perform quick adjustments in minutes — often complimentary — or send them to us anytime through the Madam Promise above.
All Frames by Madam sunglasses include UV protection, and polarized styles help reduce glare from reflective surfaces. Clean lenses using lens spray or mild dish soap and water. Avoid paper towels, clothing, or tissues, which can scratch the lenses.
Always store your frames in a protective case with lenses facing upward. Keep them away from hairspray, sunscreen, and cosmetic overspray, which can damage lens coatings.
Remove glasses with both hands to keep frames aligned.
Wearing glasses on your head stretches the temples over time.
Never place frames lens-down. Fold them or store them in their case.
Remove glasses before makeup, hairspray, or perfume to prevent residue buildup.
Chlorine and saltwater can degrade lens coatings, so leave your frames poolside.
