Returns; Exchanges

1) Return Windows
- Sunglasses / Optical frames (no prescription lenses): Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging with tags/labels.
- Readers: Return within 30 days if unused and resaleable.
- Prescription lenses / custom work: Final sale, except for manufacturing defects or workmanship errors.
2) International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping unless we confirm a defect or error. Mark parcels as “Returned Goods” to avoid import charges.
3) EU/UK Consumers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are in the EU/UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply to customized/prescription goods. To exercise, notify us via email within the timeframe and return items promptly in original condition.
4) Condition Requirements
Frames must be free from wear, scratches, adjustments, or lens changes. Include all accessories, cases, and inserts.
5) How to Start a Return
- Email frames@madamslookbook.com with your order number and reason.
- We’ll provide an RMA and instructions. Use a trackable service for international returns.
- After inspection, refunds go to the original payment method (minus any return label/restocking fee if applicable). Exchanges ship after approval.
6) Defects & Wrong Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
7) Non‑Returnable Items
Gift cards, final‑sale items, and used/altered products.
