For simple single-vision prescriptions, we can add your Rx for you, or you can take the frames to your favorite optical store—your choice.   • Clean—don’t wipe dry. Rinse with cool water a drop of mild soap rinse pat dry finish with microfiber.
  • Skip harsh chemicals. Avoid window cleaner, alcohol, acetone, and sanitizer—these can cloud coatings and weaken acetate/TR90.
  • No hot cars. Heat can warp frames and delaminate lenses. Case them when not worn.
  • Two hands on, two hands off. One-handed removal torques temples over time.
  • Resist the headband habit. On-head storage stretches temples—use the case.
  • Lenses up, always. Never rest lenses on a surface—micro-scratches happen fast.
  • Before beauty routines. Remove before makeup, perfume, or hairspray to prevent film buildup.
  • No swimming. Chlorine/saltwater can damage coatings. Leave frames poolside/beachside.

Yes. Optical frames can be ordered with or without demo lenses—note your preference at checkout or message us.

What do the sizes mean (53–18–145)?

Eye – Bridge – Temple (mm): lens width, distance between lenses, and arm length.

How do I find my size?

Check the inside of your current frames (e.g., 53–18–145). Match those numbers to our size guide or message us a photo—we’ll recommend fits.

Do your optical frames include blue-light lenses?
